🌿 How to Care for Your Kenzan

1. Rinse after every use - hold under running water immediately after use to remove plant debris and sap.
2. Brush between the pins  use a long, soft-bristled brush. Avoid steel wire brushes as they can scratch the protective surface.
3. Do NOT use bleach or harsh chemicals - they will strip the protective coating from the alumi-num base.
4. Dry thoroughly - place upside down to air dry completely before storing. Never store it wet.
5. Store in a dry place - avoid leaving it submerged in water between uses.
6. Occasional deep clean - soak in diluted white vinegar (1:3 with water) for 10–15 minutes, then rinse and dry.
7. Embrace the patina - natural colour changes from tap water do not affect functionality. Many artists see this as a beautiful reflection of their creative journey.
