There are moments when beauty and compassion intertwine, creating an unforgettable impression. The online floral arrangement demonstration "Embracing the Beloved North" on Sunday evening, October 12th, was precisely that—a warm space where art flourished and human kindness spread.
On behalf of the organizing Committee, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to every flower lover who joined us, transforming an ordinary evening into an event full of inspiration and humanity.
One Action, Two Meanings
What we cherish most is the spirit of "One Single Action, Two Meaningful Purposes" that each participant embodied. You came not only to explore the beauty of floral art but also to directly contribute to supporting our compatriots in the Northern region as they overcome the floods. Your heartfelt contributions were sent directly to the official account of the Vietnam Fartherland Front Relief Committee. This transparency and profound meaning were our greatest motivation for creating this special artistic event.
A Journey of Inspiration with Talented Artisans
The evening was a journey through different floral styles, guided by three dedicated artists.
A Serene Opening with Artisan Nguyễn Thanh Hiền
The space grew still during the performance by artisan Nguyễn Thanh Hiền. With her refinement and philosophical depth, she presented two Ikebana Sogetsu works that brought a sense of peace to all viewers. The minimalism concealed a fierce vitality; every branch and leaf under her hands told its own story. We are immensely grateful to her—a pioneering artist who sowed seeds of pure and serene beauty in the hearts of the audience.
An Explosion of Color and Creativity with Designer Huyền Nguyễn
Following the emotional flow was an energy burst from Designer Huyền Nguyễn. With her Garden Style and Art Style pieces, Huyền Nguyễn guided us from a natural, expansive garden to a world of whimsical, creative art. Her decade of experience in the field was vividly displayed, proving that floral design is not just technique, but also emotion narrated through the language of flowers and foliage.
Golden Secrets with Artisan Thanh Trần on Phalaenopsis Orchids
The performance segment concluded with incredibly valuable insights from artisan Thanh Trần. Her Phalaenopsis orchid design combined with a unique artistic frame was not only visually stunning but also accompanied by professional "orchid wing-lifting" tips to help the flowers stay fresh and bloom fully. This was a truly practical and meaningful gift for anyone who loves or deals with this noble flower.
We also cannot forget the graceful hosting by ROSE, who warmly connected all parts of the show.
